Four steps: register on the platform, complete identity verification and compliance checks, confirm your investor qualification, and connect or have us provision a digital wallet that has been approved to hold the investments. Once you're approved you can subscribe to live offerings.

Can I subscribe with traditional money, or only with crypto?

Either. You can subscribe with fiat currency (we handle the conversion into the digital dollar equivalents used on the platform), or, if you already operate on-chain, you can subscribe directly with supported dollar-backed stablecoins.

You can choose. Investors comfortable with digital wallets can hold their position in a self-custodied wallet that we have approved. Investors who prefer the traditional model can have their position held by a regulated digital asset custodian.

We use them so the platform can move dollars across borders instantly, at low cost, and so that interest payments can be distributed automatically.

The tokenisation layer does not change the legal nature of the financing instrument. It simply records and operates it digitally. Each issuance is structured, marketed and distributed in line with the securities regulations applicable to it, and only to investors who meet the eligibility rules.

Because we use Ethereum-compatible infrastructure, we can technically connect with other networks built to the same standard. In practice, token transfers are restricted to investors we have pre-approved, so interoperability is balanced against compliance.
