When you contact us we collect the information you provide in the form: name, work email, company, industry, phone, and message. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, user agent and timestamp) to operate and secure the Site.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to assess suitability where applicable, to keep records as required by law, and to operate and improve the Site.
3. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run our business (for example our email provider, Resend) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as is needed to run our business and meet our regulatory obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. To exercise them, contact us via the contact form.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and conversion tags in production. You can opt out of analytics by using your browser's settings or a tracker-blocking extension.
